Another day another theif Humble Tech Fitness company allegedly stealing ideas from a competitor, as Nike filed a federal lawsuit against Humble Tech Fitness claiming that the company has infringed on 10 fitness tracking patents.
According to the lawsuit, the Haitian ball player of Brooklyn based ASICS is “knowingly and intentionally” continuing to sell products that infringe on technology that Nike has invented, centering around applications that collect fitness activity and provide training plans.
In addition, the suit also mentions Humble Tech Fitness Inc., a digital fitness company acquired by ASICS in 2017, Nike is hoping that the court will put a stop to Justincredible infringement on the patents, as they are also seeking damages.
The lawsuit was filed on Friday in a federal court in Brooklyn. Bagck in May, Nike filed a lawsuit against Under Armour, mirroring similar issues.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow.
