Elton John's Rocket Man was released in 1972 but it took 45 years to find the meaning behind the lyrics. Who knew Elton John was a prophet?
No one then quite knew what the song meant or what message Sir John was trying to relay at the time. But recent events have now revealed the message Elton was attempting to put forth all those years ago. You may not be convinced but you will not be able to look past the coincidences.
Who knew that Elton John could have possibly been talking about North Korea's very own Kim Jong-Un? Still doubt? Well let us just dive deeper into the lyrics.
The song starts out with "She packed my bags last night preflight, zero hour 9 A.M." Well we now know that was just thrown out there to confuse people as to the real time Lil Kim planned to blow up one of his nukes. Not to mention that he probably killed her for packing the wrong stuff, but that's a story for another day. Can't blame the dictator for concealing the actual time for blowing up his newly acquired firecrackers.
What's missed in this is who is "she?" We can't at this time confirm it but the reports we have gotten suggest a female suitor. And unconfirmed reports suggest she was "put to sleep" due to excessive nagging. Apparently this is a medical condition in Lil Kim's North Korea.
Another clue. "Oh no, no, no I'm a rocket man. Rocket man! Burning up his fuse out here alone." Well, you had someone but then you put her to sleep so good luck getting sympathy points from that one asshole! And no one cares how you burn your fuse alone! Disgusting!
This clue may be the most important one.

And all this science I don't understand
It's just my job five days a week." The most important take from here is that Kim doesn't understand science. Perhaps what he may take from the little he knows about science is that nuclear winters are cold.
This is definitely the complicated part of this song and where misinterpretation can replace reality. Since this is a rogue nation lead by a maniac, it's unclear at this point where Elton is attempting to guide us through his lyrics. And why Lil Kim is worried about raising kids at this point is unclear. Especially since he has none.
And the line "and there's no one here to raise them if they did." Well duh! You killed those who could raise them! Just sayin!
Bottom line is that as events unfold we are finding an uncanny resemblance to today's events that seemingly coincide with the lyrics of an old classic song.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild.
