The Cornerstone of Tradition! The LITTLE TRAVELER!
Today, downtown Geneva is still known as one of the most unique shopping districts in the Midwest, maintaining a tradition of hospitality, charm, and character. The Little Traveler has remained the cornerstone of this tradition. The shop has grown considerably since the original Italianate Victorian residence (which now serves as the center section of the shop) to thirty-six rooms of treasures. You'll be greeted by a caring staff and amazed by the never-ending array of items brought back by our modern day little travelers.

The Little Traveler has been a staple in Geneva, IL since 1922. All that changed unexpectedly. Kate Raftery (Founder) was interviewed and states, "It came out of now where. The lost revenues were first noted at the Atrium". "I asked all of the employees to report any news or findings as soon as possible!" Kate went on to mention that she received word from the woman's clothing department that sales fell off the charts faster than Hillary Clinton." This was an alarming statistic that Kate was very concerned about.

Then an Epiphany occurred. All of the employees scheduled a late night meeting to bring report the news to Kate. The Spokesperson shakily came to the front of the group and said "After a lot of research our team has discovered that all of the lost revenues can be accounted for by one single action". "The DELPS moved to Las Vegas!!!!." The entire staff broke out in tears of sadness knowing that the Little Traveler will now have to close its doors and that all hope has been lost. Kate tried to appease the crowds with comforting words, but everyone knew that she was still grieving the loss of her business. Kate wiped the tears away for one last comment: "Geneva has lost one of the greatest families, and the entire Fox Valley area will be mourning this news!"

If you see these people around Las Vegas Nevada, Please give them a big hug!!!!!

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
