In a shock turn of events, veteran Bulldogs centre Josh Morris has signed on with Hollywood effectively immediately, after 2 observers were impressed with his acting skills during the Canterbury Bulldogs clash with the South Sydney Rabbitohs, Morris went down after being accidentally elbowed by Sam Burgess, who was going in for a regulation hit-up when Morris decided to go high on the Englishman in a bid to stop him. Morris stayed down for several minutes, only to miraculously recover in time when the Bulldogs received the penalty.

Morris, who is hopeful to be in contention for an upcoming Marvel movie said, "It's just so good to get this chance, I have done a lot of diving and staying down in the course of my rugby league career, but never one as good as act I pulled off yesterday, it's awesome to see that the biggest entertainment business in the world were impressed".

His twin brother Brett, who also has a reputation for his diving abilities in rugby league said "I'm very happy for Josh, hes been a loyal servant of the NRL and his abilities to stay down to give us penalties to work with haven't gone lost within the Belmore community".

It is said that the 2 scouts were also impressed with the efforts of Bulldogs hooker Michael Lichaa, who was seen deliberately hugging the backside of Rabbitoh Tom Burgess in order to milk a highly questionable obstruction penalty.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
