Reports are going around that pop singer Katy Perry and film actress Mila Kunis are to team up for a song and a documentary about pneumonia awareness. The song is expected to hit sometime in December (possibly around the holidays) and is called I can't breath, which is a duet between pop singer Katy Perry who is known for hits such as Hot and Cold, California Gurls among others and film actress Mila Kunis who is best known for staring on That 70's show until 2006 and for voicing Meg on Family Guy since 1999 along with numerous film roles. A free digital download of the song is also expected to be given away to people who stop in to a participating Walgreens or CVS pharmacy and gets either a flu or pneumonia shot. The idea came about by chance as while Mila Kunis was at home, she had a coughing fit and the idea for a song and documentary about pneumonia was born. She then reached out to Katy Perry as she thought she would be a great fit to duet on the song and to help out with the film. Mila Kunis reportedly said "The idea for this song and documentary came about out of nowhere as I was at home when I started to have a coughing fit. Once all of a sudden done, I just had this thought in my head of how much worse a coughing fit feels to a person with pneumonia so I decided to do a song and a documentary about it. Since I have very little musical experience I decided to turn the song into a duet and to have that person appear in the film as well. I decided to choose Katy Perry after hearing one of her songs blaring on the radio of a driver driving by thanks to an open window. I reached out to her, told her what I wanted to do and she was like "Yeah, let's do it!" and that cemented the plans." After that, Mila Kunis met Katy Perry in a recording studio to start work on the song that would be titled I can't breath so it would be ready in time for an unspecified December launch (it is rumored the release date could be around the holidays since record and movie sales see a little sales increase around that time) The song is about a pneumonia patients point of view and details the person's struggle with the disease. There is also a music video that has been filmed in which Katy Perry and Mila Kunis are shown in various places singing the song while wearing oxygen masks mimicking pneumonia patients (there is a photo above from the music video showing the two). The documentary which has an as of now scheduled January 2018 release date shows what it's like to have pneumonia, the symptoms of the disease, what you can do to protect you and your family from it and facts/myths on the disease. Mila Kunis and Katy Perry both play pneumonia patients who end up getting hospitalized. They are both forced to wear oxygen masks while in the hospital and are treated by a respiratory therapist played by Laura Pepron (who was also in That 70's Show along side Mila Kunis) Throughout the film, Mila and Katy discuss the symptoms of pneumonia and when to get to the hospital, the treatment involved with pneumonia, what you can do to protect you and your family from the disease and facts/myths on the disease with their respiratory therapist popping in to check up on the two. Towards the end of the video, Mila Kunis's and Katy Perry's conditions worsen which prompts their respiratory therapist Laura Pepron to intubate both of them. Laura then takes over explaining what the ventilator does and what other treatment methods are now used. The video then ends with Mila Kunis and Katy Perry succumbing to the pneumonia with words that reads "Death from pneumonia can be prevented. Wash your hands, disinfect your house and get the flu/pneumonia shot today." The documentary is expected to be a TV release rather than a theatrical release appearing on Discovery Life, TLC and Lifetime. We'll let you know when a release date for the song and documentary is released.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
