Small Musical Talent "Astosmic" Scammed by an Independent Record Label

It is not at all uncommon to see Independent Record Labels scamming their potential producers but the small musical talent by the name "Astosmic" sheds some light on the unruly contracts that sometimes prove to be illegal.
"Astosmic" is a 14 year old boy who had a dream of becoming a musical artist. Not with the intent to get popular but to connect with people and get his work out there.
He signed with an Independent Record Label to help with this process but things seemed to change when he left the company.
Michael Valdez, which is behind the Astosmic character was baffled to find that his music was being claimed by this label. For all Michael knew; all of his work was gone.
This record label denied Michael's requests to cover the contract again. Michael initially left the lael when his first written album was sold to another artist.
Michael went again under the "Astosmic" name and produced another album but due to the "contract" this album was once again sold to this label.
This label was reported to authorities and they were questioned about their contract. It turned out that there was nothing on the label contract that stated that music written under that artist name belonged to the label.
The music will be returned to the rightful owners and the label will be fined.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
