Stephen marshal , Age 17, of Dumbarton Glasgow escaped a jail sentence after thousands of indecent images of children were found on his computers and phones at his home, late after on Sunday 30th of October.
An former neighbours of Stephen's, Was driven out of the area after being found guilty of possessing child pornography, this week Stephen himself dodged a jail term.
Stephen marshal appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday to learn his fate after being found guilty at his trial of having the disgusting images on his computer.
Between September 2014 and March last year the 17-year-old possessed indecent images of children at his home in Dumbarton, Glasgow.
Stephen also possessed extreme pornographic images depicting in an explicit and realistic way an act which involved sexual activity between a person and an animal.
There are also evidences showing Stephen luring 7 year olds on the internet, to undress on webcam and touch them self inappropriately. Their are also evidence showing Stephen asking for "play dates " with the children where he would forcibly rape the them, male or female.
During his trial, Stephen, claimed the child porn found on several laptops and phones belonged to his parents .
Both of Stephens parents denied this and claimed Stephen brought the laptops and phones him self.
However, despite the guilty verdict at his trial Stephen was spared jail and instead ordered to carry out 250 hours of unpaid work.
He was also placed on the Sex Offenders Register for the next five years.
When Stephen was found guilty, Dumbarton residents reacted with fury after they became aware of what he had been doing behind closed doors for the last few years
