JAKARTA,iNews.id – Gara-gara pesanan casing handphone seharga Rp100.000 tak kunjung datang, Suwarno nekat membacok pemilik toko telepon seluler di pusat perbelanjaan Lokasari Plaza, Taman Sari, Jakarta Barat. Pelaku akhirnya tertangkap polisi setelah sempat kabur usai membacok.

Kanit Reskrim Polsek Metro Taman Sari Kompol Bintoro mengatakan, peristiwa pembacokan terjadi Sabtu (20/1/2018) malam, sekitar pukul 20.30 WIB. Saat itu kondisi Lokasari Plaza sedang ramai pengunjung.

Suwarno tiba-tiba mendatangi counter handphone milik korban Susiana Gautama. Pelaku sempat menanyakan perihal casing telepon genggam yang dipesan. Diduga kurang puas dengan jawaban pemilik toko telepon seluler, pelaku kemudian mengeluarkan golok dan membacok korban.

“Palaku S sudah mempersiapkan diri dengan membawa senjata tajam, jadi sebelumnya memang sudah komunikasi dengan korban,” kata Bintoro di Mapolsek Metro Taman Sari, Minggu (21/1/2018) dini hari.

Akibat aksi brutal Suwarno tersebut, korban Susiana mengalami luka bacok di bagian lengan dan bahu hingga nyaris putus. Pelaku kemudian pergi meninggalkan korban yang tergeletak di counter handphone.

“Jadi korban mengalami luka bacok di dua tempat. Sementara pelaku pergi meninggalkan korban,” ujar dia.

Beberapa pegawai toko seluler lain dan pengunjung membantu Susiana. Korban langsung dilarikan ke rumah sakit Husada, Jakarta. Sementara polisi yang mendapat laporan atas peristiwa tersebut langsung melakukan olah Tempat Kejadian Perkara (TKP) dan pengejaran terhadap Suwarno.

Tidak begitu lama, pelaku akhirnya dapat ditangkap beserta barang bukti sebilah golok. Suwarno pun langsung digelandang ke Mapolsek Metro Taman Sari. Kini, pelaku masih menjalani pemeriksaan polisi, Suwarno terancam Pasal 354 KUHP tentang Penganiayaan dengan hukuman tujuh tahun penjara.

Pelaku Suwarno mengatakan, motif aksi pembacokan yang dia lakukan lantaran kesal dengan jawaban korban saat ditagih casing handphone.

“Saya itu bukan perkara harganya tetapi caranya itu. Kalau harganya hanya Rp100.000,” kata Suwarno.

Menurut dia, sudah sebulan pesan casing telepon genggam di tempat Susiana. Kemudian, korban menyanggupi untuk mencarikan casing pesanan Suwarno dan meminta pelaku untuk membayar lunas casing yang dipesan. Namun saat pelaku kembali menagih tiga minggu kemudian, casing belum ada.

“Satu minggu lalu, saya minta uang dikembalikan, tetapi malah dijawab kurang mengenakan,” kata Suwarno.
