Cheers erupted as the last of a Thai soccer team was pulled from an underground cave they were trapped in for more than two weeks. In an unexpected twist the NFL played a huge part in maintaining the high spirits and amazing mental fortitude of the young boys., who were trapped along with their coach., hundreds of feet into a subterranean cave despite the threat of heavy rains raising the water levels within. An international force of divers from several countries including England worked feverishly to free the children over several days.

As each child emerged from more than a two hour extraction they were expectedly a bit slimmer due to lack of proper nutrition but surprisingly none the worse for wear in terms of their mental disposition. Many of them smiling as they were escorted to medical services.

When asked how could anyone let alone children remain in such high spirits despite being trapped underground for two weeks., puzzled rescue officials replied: “We’re not sure., they said something about the NY Giants 2017 season was already down there when they arrived. They occupied themselves reviewing that season. Saying they may be trapped....but at LEAST they weren’t the 2017 Giants”. An inquiry was made to if further rescue efforts would be done to extract the Giants previous season and one official said: “We don’t think so...it was a massive effort just to collect these kids.., we don’t have the technology. that Giants season I’m afraid is a goner.”

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
