Provo, Utah. The local traffic control division was in for quite a surprise when they pulled a car over just to realize that the driver was fully naked. It would not be such a surprise for the experienced officers, if not for the fact that there was a... swan on the passenger’s seat. Buckled in. Moreover, there were over a dozen chickens in total sitting on the back seat and in the trunk.

The driver and local resident, Mike Crawford (61), initially was unable to recall his name, or how the animals got in the car. After a moment he stated that they are probably hitchhiking, but since he doesn’t like to be nosy, he did not ask them such personal questions. He complained that the chickens refused to fasten the seat belts.

The officers decided to perform a breathalyzer test, but it turned out that the man is completely sober. Drug tests also proved the man to be clean from drugs.

Meanwhile, Crawford frequently changed his testimony. He claimed that the birds must have flown in through an open window when he stopped at a red light, and in just a moment he changed the story claiming that they were already in the car when he bought it.

Crawford was let go as no crime had been committed. He apologized for confusing the officers and provided them with a mixed tape of his brothers music.

    whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
