A Wetaskiwin man had to be rescued through his chimney after he tried to climb back into his house when he locked his keys inside.

Wetaskiwin's own 'funny man' Justin Littlechild (26) said he was ‘grateful’
after he was pulled from the chimney by the Wetaskiwin Fire Department yesterday.
His feet reached the floor of his house, but the chimney narrowed so he was unable to get out at the bottom.
Mr. Littlechild commented; "I felt like I was part of a bad Christmas movie but at the time it seemed like the best option." Justin also said he 'shouted and screamed for four hours' before a neighbour finally called 911.
The fire department put the pictures on Facebook saying: ‘The subject, who was stuck in his chimney for up to four hours, stated that he locked his keys in the house and was attempting to go back inside.
‘Finally a neighbour heard him yelling for help and called 911. Wetaskiwin Fire Department was then dispatched for a Confined Space Rescue.
Firefighter 'Ziggy Hofmann' commented;
"I've known Justin for years, we weren't sure if he was trying to pull a prank or if this was a legit rescue operation that we got dispatched to. When we arrived he did not appear to be injured, we were able to pull him out of the chimney and he was medically evaluated at the scene by paramedics. We still don't officially know if it was part of a publicity stunt".
His agent 'Rudy Gunn' failed to comment.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico.
