Police Identify 3 Men involved in fatal hit-and-run In Dorchester October 18 around 8:50 pm. Enid Mendonca 38, of Belmont Ma is wanted for felony hit-and-run, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and for driving on a suspended license, his fourth offense. Michael Caruso 20, of Newton Ma is also wanted in connection of fatal hit-and-run along with 18 year old Jacob Diaz from Dorchester Ma who is known to the Boston Police Department as a individual gang member . Diaz has three different count of warrants active in The State Of New Jersey. As seen on cameras police see Midnight Blue Chrysler 300 speeding down Columbia Road Of Boston driving over the speed limit of 85MPH when the driver then hit a man along the left side of the road. The driver then sped off in the direction of Massachusetts Ave leaving the crime scene. On arrival police pronounced 24 Year Old Carlos Vega of Quincy Mass dead. whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.
