19 years old Pedro Soto from Lawrence MA was arrested today at 6:20pm in North Andover. Officer Smith was stopped at a red light while he was waiting for the light to change he heard loud noises. When Officer Smith look at his right side mirror he saw Pedro Soto from Lawrence MA in his Acura Integra making the noise, he then noticed that the vehicle height was alterated so he then pulled Soto over. While officer Smith was running his plate and information he found out that he has been pulled over for vehicle height alteration multiple times before. Officer Smith then went to Soto and told him about his vehicle height and his response was that " my shocks are blown Officer". Officer Smith didn't not believe him since he's a car guy himself. Officer Smith was going to give him a verbal warning but Soto was giving Officer Smith a hard time by repeating the same stuff over, "my shocks are blown Officer". Then officer Smith wrote Pedro Soto a $125 ticket for alterated height. Soto reaction of Officer Smith giving him the ticket wasn't really pretty. Pedro Soto told Officer Smith that "he's a pig, and that he has nothing better to do" Soto keep talking and even got to a point to threat Officer Smith. That's when Officer Smith took Soto arrested.
Soto is being held on a $250 bail.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
