Montrose High School assistant principal James Pavlich is very upset with the fact that his high schoolers have brought attention to him in a negative way and says quote on quote,
"This drama is bogus,"

During school hours on October 3rd, Chantel Mora reported being harassed by Christina Salgado, Makenna Maestas, Kaylee Walker, and Ryleigh Young-Kelly more than one time but that she was scared for the school day to end because everyone around the school had been talking about these four girls were going to jump her.

Later that day a meeting had been called so Pavlich could associate with each girl and hear their stories. Phones had been searched and confiscated but no evidence of the appointment had been found. Although the report had not been confirmed Pavlich was very uspset with the fact that it was his second time speaking to Mora, Kelly, Walker and Maestas.

During the meeting there had been messages pulled up on two different accounts of 3rd party harassment from the Mora family, Josie Mora (mother) says she didn't know they had messaged the girls and had no part in it. The Mora mother also claims that,
"The conflict is mostly between Kenna and Chantel but the other girls tag along because Makenna is their friend,"

Pavlich decides to punish four of the girls excluding Salgado since it was his first meeting with her. Hoping this is his last time having to speak to these girls and their families.

    whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
