He was just a normal kid growing up in the Chicago heights area attending bloom high school, and playing soccer for them. Formers say he was quiet good as soccer. Osvaldo Sanchez known as 'nene' decided to drop college and go to the U.S army. We've interviewed him and asked him why he dropped his passion with soccer and went along to the army and this is what he said. " I went to the army not as a choice but as a heart breaking kid... I was madly inlove with this girl name vidi, she was the love of my life, went on and off with her for 4 years, bought her everything she ever wanted and scored so many goals for her and I guess that wasn't enough, she decided to break my heart and leave me on my senior year of high school. I've tried so hard to get her back my senior year, scored so many goals for her and nothing. Once I graduated high school I've decided to go to the army so she can see I'm a man of her dreams and she can come back to me once I got in." Nene Sanchez paused for a moment with tears in his eyes and said " she didn't come back, I busted my ass for nothing, now I'm stuck being in the army till my time is up, I guess now it's time to just man up and fight the ISIS people and protect my citizens of the USA." This right here is a very touching moment for the local 5 news and hopefully inspires thousands of kids out there that no women is worth the goals and presents or army, this is local 5 news.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
