Police charge female (Jordan Harris) with murder in 17-year-old girls shooting

Sacramento police department have charged a 17-year-old female (Jordan Harris) with murder in Sunday's fatal shooting of a 17-year-old girl at Valley Hi park early Sunday.

The girl was on her way to a friends house when the shooting occurred, according to her aunt Tracy McMillian.

McMillian identified the victim as ****** *******, a student at Valley High School an 11th Grade Student.

"She was the kind of person everyone loved," said McMillian.

Monet Brown described her daughter as "Just loved, a free-spirited butterfly."

At the Valley Hi park October 23rd and 24th was cordoned off by police tape. Neighbors and family of the victim gather two trailers away and watched as Sac PD crime scene investigators, Sac County Sheriff's Deputies gathered evidence.

Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
