Alexis Fuerte, 18, of Harker Heights, has reportedly has reportedly married her cell phone and fled the state, leaving behind her family, friends, and long-time boyfriend, Matthew Longoria, 21.
In an exclusive interview with Longoria, it was stated that Fuerte had seemed out of sorts for a number of weeks. "You know, I never saw anything like [Fuerte eloping ever occurring], but at the same time, I'm not very surprised," explained Longoria.
Allegedly, Fuerte often locks herself in the bathroom with her cell phone, and even spends days on end on the roof of her home spending time with her mobile device. "She always seems to be around, but she never really seems to be there, if that makes sense. She never looked at me like she looked at Phil," said Longoria. When questioned about who Phil was, Longoria responded, "That's was she named her cell phone...Phil."
Fuerte was last seen at her home the evening prior to her eloping. Longoria allegedly woke up to the sound of her pulling out of the driveway, and driving off in the sunset with her beloved Phil, never to have returned since.
"Baby, if you're reading this, come home. I miss you, your family misses you, and home is where you belong. I will make you happier than Phil, believe me. I know it, you know it, everybody knows it," writes Longoria to his long lost love.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
