October 25, 2016 - A Chicago pod-caster has been taken into custody this evening after breaking into iHeart Radio's V103 & WGCI studio's demanding they place his podcast in a Saturday afternoon slot on the station. Sean Jackson, as seen in this undated file photo is the host of The Sean Jackson Show, a weekly urban contemporary podcast, has been named as the suspect.

"He rushed past Debra, the receptionist and the security and broke the locked glass door leading to the studio ranting something about how great his show is and that he will go down in history as the best show host ever" said Denise Washington, a witness to the whole exchange.

She continued to say, "He then went in there and started tearing the microphones off the stands, talking about he won't stop until he gets a slot. And then he hollered Podcasters lives mattered to. That's when I went and hid under a desk, cause i didn't know if he was going to start throwing the mics or not Jesus. Those mics are made of steel and ain't nobody got time to be getting hit in the head with one of those."

Joe Soto told reporters the Chicago Police were called but by the time they arrived Sean Jackson had left the building. V103 security said the offender was able to leave the studio with the control room sound board. No arrests have been made and police is still searching for the offender. If anyone has any information please contact Chicago Police at 311. This story is still developing.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
