After years of research, scientists have finally discovered the secret behind reanimating the brain. Earlier this year Dr Himanshu Bansal, from Revita Life Sciences and Bioquark Inc, was granted permission to experiment on twenty patients whom all suffered from traumatic brain injuries and had been that declared clinically dead. Permission was given for Dr Himanshu Bansal to conduct tests on certain areas of the central nervous system.

A team of scientists were able to use a combination of therapies that have shown promise with bringing patients out of comas. Therapy includes a combination of laser and nerve stimulations and injecting the brains stem cells with a number of peptides.

Participants in this trial were all clinically dead and were only kept alive through life support. For more information on how this trial took place please visit http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/2016/05/03/dead-could-be-brought-back-to-life-in-groundbreaking-project/.

Brain monitoring took place for months and on October 18, 2016 scientists saw something they never anticipated, eight of the twenty participants began showing signs of life. When a person dies their neurons begin to deteriorate, in order to reverse brain death the scientists of the Reanima team had to figure out how to regenerate those neurons.

Initially the team were only using chemical infusions and nerve stimulation techniques in the upper spinal cord but when no results were being seen they decided to begin injecting the stem cells directly into the brain. Stem cells have the unique ability to regenerate, even in cells that have been inactive for a long period of time.

Once scientists began injecting the stem cells directly in the participants brains, it only took a few days to see results. Based off the newest results of these tests, scientists believe they are only a month or two away from a major breakthrough.

Founder and President of Bioquark Inc., Sergei Paylian, says although they believed reanimation of a dead corpse was a long shot, they had high hopes that through their trials they would be able to help people to bring patients out of comas but to their amazement they were able to do so much more.

Get ready folks, this how how the zombie apocalypse starts. I can't help but wonder why anyone would intentionally want to bring back the dead or what would possess our government to grant them permission. One thing I do know is all the zombie movies have one thing in common, we become food.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
