In one of the strangest and most alarming stories to be reported on in recent memory, an Eagle, Idaho man has been arrested and charged with three counts of stalking, and 29 counts of lewd online conduct.

28 year old Robert Pierce is in custody after a 3 year long, undercover surveillance operation revealed he had been stalking 4 Ada County women ranging from 17-22 years old.

In a statement given to the KIVI Channel 6 News On Your Side team, the Ada County Sheriffs Department and the Meridian Police Department released that Pierce had been under watch of a task force comprised of local authorities after reports came in he had been seen outside the window of two Meridian Idaho women. One of the victims was underage when the stalking started and the other was 18 at the time of the first incident.

Over a three year period of time, and recently as of two weeks ago when authorities closed the investigation into the allegations, Pierce, a life long resident of Idaho, was found to have followed the women from their homes and to their places of employment and many other locations.

In addition to the stalking, transcripts showing Pierce acting in an aggressive and lewd manner towards the victims were acquired with the help of Facebook's Internal Crime Prevention Department.

The messages sent through the Facebook Messenger Application included statements requesting "Nudie pics" as well as requests for the victims to "Come over wearing sweatpants to watch a movie and cuddle". The most alarming portions of the unwanted conversations cannot be released, however, among them are many, many, many, many unwanted "Pee-Pee" pictures of Pierce's genitalia that were found to be sent.

An unnamed former friend of Pierce told the On Your Side team that he had witnessed Pierce commit similar acts over several years of knowing him and believes it stems from the suspect having a rare condition known as Micro-Penisitis.

Pierce is being held in the Ada County Jail awaiting sentencing and is facing up to 500,000 hours of community service that will entail picking up dog logs.

We will update the story as information is made available.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
