For months now Kellie and Jason Kline have been receiving threatening texts and Facebook messages from his cousin, Kevin and finally Jason had enough on the night of October 28th. Mrs. Kline explains that Mr. Kline is a very jealous and controlling husband and would never allow his cousin to have contacted her, however his comments are always directed towards her to make Mr. Kline explode. That particular evening Mr. Kline was on Facebook "having words" with his cousin around 9 p.m, when he stated that "We were taking a ride to Carrolltown" so I got dressed and off we went. Upon arriving, he seemed nervous and I asked him why we were up here and he said he had something to take care of and he pulled into the legion. Mr. Kline doesn't drink so I knew we were in trouble, he would not explain only got out quickly and into the bar he went so I took off after him. Inside he found his cousin and walked up behind him, turned him around and just started beating on him. I couldn't stop him and no one else even tried to. When all was said and done Kevin lie there lifeless and Mr. Kline just said come on let's go. The Carrolltown police department issued a warrant for arrest and a hearing is set for Friday at 10 a.m Mr. Kline is being charged with aggravated assault.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
