The breaking news is that there really is no breaking news. Any article shared on Facebook from breakingnews247.net is completely satirical. That is the whole point of the website. Anyone can visit the website, make up any 'news' story they want and share it to Facebook. It is not meant for people to take the stories serious. At the bottom of each article you will find the following disclaimer: This website is an entertainment website, news are created by users. These are humourous news, fantasy, fictional, that should not be seriously taken or as a source of information.

In other words, this story is FAKE: 60 Kilos of Coke Found in Coeburn
60 Kilos of cocaine were NOT found in Coeburn in a cave. Maybe the Alice in Chains cassettes, and the double headed dildo, but not the cocaine.

This story is FAKE: Fight in Norton City Park
There was NOT a 10 person fight in Norton park. The picture of the guy laying on the ground is NOT taken at Norton park. Nobody was med-flighted to Holston Valley as a result of this non-existent fight. Several people shared this story asking for prayers for this guy. The guy in the picture may need prayers, but he doesn't need prayers for being in a fight in Norton.

This story is FAKE: Local Gang Ran High School Kids in SWVA
Look at the grammar in this article. No further explanation needed.

Get the point? Look at the source of the article before sharing it and stirring the shit in the pot. Please stop sharing this stories and please stop believing they are real. Yes, we know Coeburn and Norton are boring areas, but stop with the bullshit gossip stories people.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
