Omaha man voted most ugliest 2016 by GQ

GQ is known to be a host to voting on the best dressed and most handsome of the year. 2016 came with a change. This year, The editors at GQ magazine decided to vote on the most ugliest man of the year.

"It was a hard decision", says GQ editor Mellissa Snelling. "We had to sift through tons of guys and we narrowed it down to one guy." That guy is Omaha's own Jemar Bowden.

"We were looking for someone who thinks they look good but really isn't", said Snelling. "This guy fits the bill perfect." Bowden, commonly known as J-Rock, is a self proclaimed "body builder". It wasn't hard to notice that he was not. J-Rock was voted the most ugliest 2016 by a group of 1000 women. According to votes, he received one vote claiming he was not ugly. Sources say that vote came from his loving mother. As for the rest, one women claimed she didn't hesitate to vote him the ugliest out of 27,000 contestants.

"That nigga ugly as fuck and all he do is work out. That's so unattractive," says one voter. She claims to have seen his face first and automatically voted him the ugliest.

GQ was not hesitant to make it aware that Welvin, (who don't got no bitches) was the 2nd runner up. But J-Rock beat him by a landslide. We reached out to Welvin for a comment.

"He don't go no bitches," says Welvin with a straight face. We attempted to reach Mr. Bowden for a comment, but his reps failed to reach back.

    whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
