ROCK HILL, SC - Music Artist, Speatz lead Rock Hill city police on a high speed foot chase along E. Main St. ending near Rock Hill's Winthrop college tonight. The local rapper was said to have owed his baby mama 3-Months worth of child support. Police caught Speatz lackin and was reported getting a Papa Johns pizza on E. Main next to Bi-Lo. Police swarmed in to make the arrest but the rapper slipped out a back door screaming "Aint No Child Support Bihh" "Fuck 12" witnesses reported "All I heard was a maniac screaming "Fuck 12" "Aint no child support ova here bihh." Next thing I know a short figure is running with its middle finger in the upward position"" from here an on foot chase followed. The suspect was clocked doing 10 MPH in a walking zone, Jay Walking, and Invading private property. The chase took about 20 minutes where the Rock Hill police were able to corner the perp near Winthrop campus. The suspect is being held on a $50,000 Bond for late child support bills and can face time in prison. The only crime Speatz said he committed was finding a random bum and turning her into a homeless shelter.
