The shooting occurred a couple weeks after Damone was released from juvenile hall on charges alleging he had a concealed weapon in a vehicle last September Officer Bruce Smith states at approximately 11:52 at night Damone was driving south bound in a gold 2002 Camry Le goings toward Northgate in Sacramento cal, when he suddenly had decided to go by the victims house because he knows were they live,Damone then drove by the victims house were he seen three Hispanic boys that he had problems with officer smith then stated Damone parked the car and got out and started shooting,a witness said they heard Damone say "NGK" before he started shooting,Damone was close to the Victims so all of his shots were pretty accurate Damone is being charged with first degree murder and he is pleading innocent till further notice Officer smith detained Damone on October,24 at 12:00 for the crime he committed he waived his Miranda rights saying "he had nothing to do with the situation and he doesn't have nothing else to say" officer smith then took Damone to the Sacramento Kiefer detention center were hes being place until trial.

The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
