Dieuson Octave aka Kodak Black, 19, was released from St. Lucie County jail at 11:45PM last night. St. Lucie County jail public records show that the Pompano Beach rapper (real name Dieuson Octave) pled a misdemeanor charge of possession of 20 grams or less of cannabis and a second misdemeanor charge of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. While his expected release date is listed as Nov. 30, 2016, Black still faces a criminal charge of sexual conduct in a South Carolina court. The Sun-Sentinel reports that the rapper was accused of committing sexual battery at a Florence hotel in February, around the time he performed at a club in the city. The crime is punishable for up to 30 years in prison.

However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
